The Building of the Farmland Property Right to Development and the Frame of Shared Right

Along with rapid economic developmen of china,a large number of farmland is being invaded every year.So the academia advice that we establish farmland property rights to solve the current problem.At present,the discussion of farmland property right to development is still in an initial stage,and the academia has different perspectives.The author attempts to define farmland property rights to development,enact it and analyze its attributes.On the basis of that right framework for achieving shared,the farmer's rights is founded by protecting agricultural land,thus the social benefits of optimization is realized.
