Abstract

The laboratory technician team plays an important part in teaching and research in universities.This paper analyzed the current status in the construction of laboratory technician teams in several colleges and universities in Zhanjiang,Guangdong province.It then discussed the common problems in laboratory technician team construction and offered some countermeasures for these problems.
