Abstract

Streptomyces erythreus was used as the starting strain. Ultraviolet, lithium chloride and microwave were used to mutate Streptomyces erythreus. The mutagenesis conditions were optimized by survival rate and mutation rate. The results showed that the combination of three kinds of mutagenesis could obtain a relatively high mutation rate, reaching 40. 6%. Mutant strains W-12 was obtained and the biological value was increased by 11% compared with the original strain.
