Abstract

Based on the analysis of worldwide risk management practices and theoretical study trends, it’s concluded that the project-based enterprise integrated risk management (EIRM) is the new trend of enterprise risk management. The six factors of project-based EIRM are pointed out, and also the model of EIRM is proposed with features of integration in strategy, organization, method, information, culture and process. This model not only reflects requirements of enterprises risk management, but also extends theories of risk management and project management.
