Abstract
On the basis of analyzing the dynamic environment of enterprise and the history of risk management practice, it is pointed out that Enterprise Integrated Risk Management(EIRM) is the new trend in enterprise risk management, and the characteristics of EIRM are studied. A framework of EIRM is proposed in the paper.
