Study on Enterprise Multi-project Risk Management Models and Methods

Multi-project risk management is one of the core contents of enterprise project management.According to the theory and processes of enterprise project management and risk management,the problems of single project risk management models are analyzed in this research.The authors consider the integrated model of enterprise multi-project risk management should include portfolio risk management,program risk management and project risk management.Based on the model,the authors suggest that Project Portfolio Risk Management Department be established so that the Multi-Project Risk Management Integration Information System could be effectively used in enterprises.
