The Clinical Observation of Nourishing Yin,Invigorating Qi,Promoting Blood Circulation,Extinguishing Wind and Draining Collateral Method Treat DPN

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of nourishing Yin,invigorating Qi,promoting blood circulation,extinguishing wind and draining collateral method treat DPN.Methods:The selected patients were randomly divided into treatment groups and control group,each group has 20 patients normal group,The two groups DPN patients all were belonged to symptoms of accumulation of blood,deficiency of both Qi and Yin.The treatment group patients take Jiangtangshuluo formula,the control group patients take methycobal tablets,observe the symptoms integral and the sugar metabolism before treatment and after treatment.Results:The curative effect and the main clinical symptoms improvement of the treatment group patients equaled with the control group(P0.05),but the curative effect of the treatment group to secondary symptoms were better than the control group(P0.01).The effect to FBG,PBG of the treatment was not better than the control group(P0.05),but the effect to HbA1C was better than the west medicine group obviously(P0.05).Conclusion:Nourishing Yin,invigorating Qi,promoting blood circulation,extinguishing wind and draining collateral method treat DPN by improving sugar metabolism and micro circulation,inhibiting the activity of aldose reductase maybe.
