On the Revelation to Mathematics Teaching Provided by Constructivism

Abstract

In 1980s,the principle study theory of Constructivism is in vogue in the west,rapidly develops and is introduced into China.Constructivism is one of theories of the new curriculum reforms.We review and summary the knowledge concept,the study concept,the teaching concept and several kinds of main educational models of the constructivism,which has the important enlightenment function regarding the current mathematics teaching.
