Dual phase helical CT diagnosis and valume analysis on pancreatic carcinoma

Objective:To explore the findings of dual phase helical Computed tomography(CT) scanning of pancreatic carcinoma.Methods:The CT findings in 27 cases with pancreatic carcinoma were retrospectively analysed.Results:20 cases showed mass or bulk augmenting,3 cases the low density,4 cases the dilated pancreatic duct,1 case the head of pancreas augment.Conclusion:Pancreatic carcinoma is hypovascular tumor in radiology and has general clinical sympton,the helical CT(particularly dual phase) scanning is the most of the ideal and non-wounded radilolgy examination in diagnosing pancreatic carcinoma.
