Abstract
Reactive dye is a kind of important dyes for cotton fabric.The dyeing experiments of cotton fabric were carried out using reactive dyes with sound field excitation.The influencing factor of dyeing,the fastness of dyed fabric,and the dynamic of dyeing process were investigated in detail.Experimental findings showed that dyeing in sound field enhanced the up-take of dye,and saved dyeing time.Moreover,the fastness of dyed fabric was slightly improved.A series of experiments demonstrated that the dynamics of dyeing process of cotton fabric under sound action was the first-order reaction.
