Study on the HPLC Fingerprint of Menoprogen

Abstract

Objective To establish a method of fingerprint analysis of Menoprogen by HPLC.MethodsKromasil C18 column was used,with mixtures of 0.1% phosphoric acid and acetonitrile as mobile phase in a gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,the column temperature was 30℃,detection wavelength was 205 nm.ResultsTen different samples were determined and 21 common peaks of chromatogram were detected.ConclusionThis method is quick,accurate,reliable and can be used for quality control of menopenry.
