Efficacy of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Treatment on Dysphagia after Cerebral Infarction

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effects of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment in patients with dysphagia after cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 105 cerebral infarction patients with dysphagia were randomly divided into the comprehensive rehabilitation group(n=61) and the control group(n=44).Both groups received medical treatment for cerebral infarction,intravenous hyperoxic solutions and rehabilitation swallow training.In addition,patients of the comprehensive rehabilitation group underwent the treatment of verbal psychotherapy meter.Efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results In the comprehensive rehabilitation group,the treatment was remarkably effective in 28 cases,effective in 22 cases,and ineffective in 11 cases;in the control group,the treatment was remarkably effective in 15 cases,effective in 13 cases,and ineffective in 16 patients.Significant differences existed in efficacy between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Application of verbal psychotherapy meter promotes the recovery of swallow function in post-cerebral infarction patients and comprehensive rehabilitation treatment displays better curative effects in patients with dysphagia after cerebral infarction.
