Clinical Study of Ulinastatin Combined with Somatostatin for the Treatment of Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Abstract

Objective To observe clinical effects of Ulinastatin combined with Somatostation for the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.Methods 20 cases with severe acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Somatostation 0.1 mg(q8h) for 2 weeks.The observation group was added Ulinastat in 200 000U(bid) for 2 weeks.Compared with two group of treatment effect and the occurrence of adverse reaction.Results The effective rate of control group was 79.59%,the effective rate of observation group was 91.50%,two groups had significant differences in statistics.In the course of treatment had no obvious the adverse reaction.Conclusion Ulinastatin combined with Somatostation was safe and effective in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.
