Clinical Observation of Somatostatin Combined with Ulinastatin for Treating Patients with Acute Severe Pancreatitis

Objective:To investigate the effects of somatostatin combined with ulinastatin in the treatment of acute severe pancreatitis.Methods:84 patients with acute severe pancreatitis in Huiyang district people's hospital from 2009 to 2011 years were randomly divided into observation group and control group,42 cases in each group,patients in the control group were treated with somatostatin treatment,patients in the observation group were treated by somatostatin combined with ulinastatin treatment,compared clinical curative effect of patients in two groups.Results:42 patients in the observation group,cured in 35 cases(83.3%),effective in 5 cases(11.9%),invalid in 2 cases(4.8%),the total effective rate was 95.2%,significantly higher than that in control group 76.2%,the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Taking somatostatin combined with ulinastatin treatment in acute severe pancreatitis has good clinical curative effect,it is worthy of further clinical using.
