Clinical observation of effect of acupuncture combined with herb fire treatment for primary dysmenorrhea

Abstract
Objective To observe clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with herb fire treatment for primary dysmenorrhea.Methods 60 cases of primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,thirty cases in each group,which were treated with acupuncture combined with herb fire treatment and simple acupuncture for 3 consecutive months,respectively.Results The cured rate and the total effective rate were 60% and 97% in the treatment group,30% and 80% in the control group,respectively,with a significant difference between the two groups(P﹤0.05).Conclusion The clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with herb fire treatment for primary dysmenorrhea is obvious.
