A Dynamic Analysis of Jiangxi Province Sustainable Development Basd on Ecological Footprint Modle

Abstract

This paper uses the ecological footprint concept to calculate the supply and demand of Jiangxi province,then analyze the sustainables development of Jiangxi province.The results show that the ecological deficits of Jiangxi province in 2006 were 1.0009 hm2,which means the demands of ecology ex-ceed the natural ecosystem,the situation of sustainable development in Jiangxi province is not promising.Based on the analysis of ecological footprint during 1980～2006,some reasons and measures to realize sus-tainable development are put forward.
