Abstract

Objective To establish a method for determination of Paeoniflorin in Yinchi Capsule.Methods The column of Hyspersil-C18 was used,the mobile phase was Methanol-0.05 mol/L Potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution(40∶65),and the peak was detected at 230 nm.Results The average recovery was 101.72%,RSD=1.85%.Conclusion The method is easy to operate with accurate result and good reproducibility.It can be used for quality control of this preparation.
