Study on Resources of Wild Shrub Plants in Guangdong Province

[Objective] The aim of the study was to research the resources of wild shrub plants in Guangdong province.[Method] Relative data obtained from field investigating and document sorting.[Result] There were 1 416 species of shrub plants belonged to 362 genera and 97 families in Guangdong province.The ratio of shrub plants to families,genera and species of vascular plants were 34.64%,22.01% and 20.07% respectively in Guangdong.The dominant families and genera of shrub plants in Guangdong were put forward,the distribution patterns of shrub plants in Guangdong were analyzed.[Conclusion] The study laid a foundation for utilizing the plant resources in Guangdong.
