A Study on the Transfer of the Outside Industry to Henan Province from the Perspective of Industrial Agglomeration

At present,the southeast China area in the high economic grade are transferring some industries to the Midwest China in the low economic grade more quickly.Henan with the rich resource and population in the Midwest China is meeting the important opportunity of development.By constructing the static and dynamic indicator,measures the industry agglomeration and developing trend in Henan province had been measured at first,then analysis the situation of carrying on industry transfer in Henan province had been analyzed.According to the calculation,the countermeasures and advice of how to carrying on the industrial transfer efficiently in Henan province had been put forward.
