How to Scientifically and Effectively Receive Domestic and Foreign Industrial Tansfer in Henan Province

Industrial transfer as the main form of industrial structural adjustment promoted the rapid economic development of Henan. Along with the further development of international industry and domestic industry transfer,Henan ushered the important period in accelerating economic development,which promoted the economic and social development of Henan. One of the effective ways to realize the industry structural adjustment and upgrading of Henan is sensibly organizing and se- lecting the industrial transfer from home and abroad. The urgent problem for Henan is to how to effectively receive the in- dustry transfer and combine industry transfer with industry structure upgrading of Henan. Based on the analysis of the in- dustrial structure of Henan and the current situation,combined with the advantages and disadvantages of receiving industry transfer as well as industry structure adjusting of Henan,this paper puts up with the solutions accordingly.
