Abstract
OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of lobetyolin in Radix Codonopsis.METHODS Several extraction processes were used, including decocting method, the refluxing method and percolation method. The optimum extraction was investigated by orthogonal test.Lobetyolin was determined by HPLC.RESULTS The optimum extraction conditions were 100 ml 65% ethanol, soaking for 48 h and the percolated(9 ml·min-1).CONCLUSION The optimized process is simple, stable and efficient.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
