Abstract
Objective To reveal the expression of ER, PR and c|erbB|2 gene protein in breast cancer and their clinical significance. Methods using Immunohistochemical technique, detect the expression of ER, PR and c|erbB|2 in 164 cases of breast cancer. Results ER and PRnegatively correlated with clinical TNM stages, but c|erbB|2 positively correlated with them. Conclusion For breast cancer, the positive expression of c|erbB|2 might serve as indixators for poor prognosis, but ER and PR positive expression were indicators for well prognosis.
