Abstract
Objective To explore the diversity of heart rate variability(HRV)in eldeer patients(≥70years)with coronary heart disease. Methods Electrical signals of elder patients with coronary heart disease(n=300)and control group(n=198)were studied.Time domain index including SDNN,RMANN,PNN50,and frequency domain index including TP,LF,HF were observed. Results SDNN,SDANN,PNN50,HF of patients with coronary heart disease were lower than those of normal group significantly(P0.01).TP,LF difference had no statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusion Function disorder of autonomic nerve developed in elder patients with coronary heart disease, the activity of nerve vagus attenuates, the activity of sympathetic nervous accentuates relatively.
