Abstract

RNA interference(RNAi),existing widely in organic,is a mechanism which regulates cell defense and differenitation.Gene silence mediated by RNAi is initiated by ds RNA,the achieved by transcriptional,post-trenscriptional and translational blockage.RNAI is becoming more and more perfecti in functional genomics,gene regulation,and gene therapy research.The recent advancement in RNAi technique and its application are concisely revivwed in this papre.
