Abstract
RNAi(RNA interference) is a mechanism which is the after transcription Gene Silence triggered by double-strand RNA.RNAi has a contribution that can interfere with advanced activities of the cell via regulation and turn off gene expression. This mechanism is found ubiquitous in eukaryote and plays a role of resisting inbreak of virus and restraining the activity of transposon. The research of RNAi has achieved a great number of results, that may provide a new strategy for gene therapy of cancer.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
