Abstract
To Promoting the construction of new rural community,the farmers are the main body.Therefore,in order to increase farmers' income quickly,promote rural economic development and build a new socialist countryside,the most important thing is to cultivate a new type of farmer who is well-educated and proficiency in technology and management.It is the foundation of the construction of new rural community.By studying the situation of farmers' income,this paper pays more attention on improving the quality of migrant workers and stay-at-home farmers and puts it as the measure to increase farmers' income and narrow the gap between rural people and urban people.At the same time we should take full use of the advantage of national economic transition and promote rural economic growth.
