Abstract

Farmers' income has been an important social and economic issue which can influence development and stability Amona the influencing factors' the external environmenit is a root to influence farmers' income. Measures to solve this problem have to begin with the improverment of the external environment of agriculture, rural areas and farmers. The control of farmers' economic activities should be slack. Eespecially, the institutional environment should be fair and just. The purpose is to extend the choice limits.
