Abstract

The social cognitive neuroscience is introduced as an emergence of interdisciplinary field, which integrates the social psychology and cognitive neuroscience. It makes a deep research on stereotyping, attitude and attitude change, person percep- tion,self-knowledge and interaction between affection and cognition. The current research penetrates into fields such as Perception and recognition of social cues, social judgment and attribution, appraisals regulate perception and experience and social interaction and so on.These researches provide solid bases for combination of cognitive neuroscience and social psychology on epistemology and methodology, and inaugurate a new research way to open out nerve basis of psychological phenomenon of advanced hu- mankind society. As the innovation of brain imaging technology, the understanding of brain's nervous activity under emotional state has been increased further. This paper mainly expounds the rapid progress that the social cognitive neuroscience has made in emotional brain mechanism.
