Clinical Obstruction of 32 Cases of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Treated with JianpiRouganTongluo Formula

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN) treated with JianpiRouganTongluo Formula.Methods Seventy cases were randomized into a treatment group(35 cases,3 of them were dropped);and a control group(35 cases,4 of them were dropped).In the treatment group,JianpiRouganTongluoDecoction was applied,one dose a day.In the control group,Cobamamide was used for acupoint injection,three times a week.The duration of treatment was 28 days in the two groups.The results of NSS,MDNS,QQL-BREF and clinical efficacy were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The scores of NSS and MDNS were all improved in the treatment group and the controlgroup.The survival quality of patients was improved obviously and the difference was significant before and after treatment(P 0.05).The group comparison indicated that the result in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P 0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion JianpiRouganTongluo Formula achieves the definite efficacy on DPN.It relieves greatly the clinical symptoms and physical signs and improves the survival quality of patients.
