Abstract
Objective:To investigate the preemptive analgesia of flurbiprofen axetil in thyroid operation.Methods: 60 patients with thyroid adenoma were divided into three groups by random allocation.Group A was preemptive analgesia group,group B was postoperative analgesia group,and group C was physiological saline group.VAS grade、adverse reactionin and waking time were observed in 2 h、4 h、6 h、12 h、24 h after operation.Results:VAS grade was significantly lower in group A and B than group C(P0.05).VAS grade was lower in 4 h after operation in group A than group B(P0.05).There was no difference in adverse reactionin and waking time in three groups(P0.05).Conclusions:Flurbiprofen axetil has the preemptive analgesia in thyroid operation.
