Promoting Mid China’s Rising in the East-West Interactive Development ——New View on the Regional Development as a Whole

Regional development as a whole is the inexorable trend of China’s economic and social development in the coming years. At present,“Mid China’s collapse” is the typical case of the unbalanced regional development and Mid China is one of the regions with conspicuous problems in China.To promote Mid China’s rising in the East-West interactive development has much to do with China’s overall development, an important strategy of China. Mid China’s rising will be an important supplement and support to East China and West China’s rapid (development) and Northeast China’s rejuvenation. The root cause of the relative lag and unfavorable situation of Mid China’s development lies in the unclear orientation and lack of regional policy. We must clearly define Mid China’s development orientation,change the development pattern,widen the space of the state favorable policies,and turn Mid China into an important base and pilot of China’s rapid economic development and social progress in the new round.
