Thinking About the Countermeasures of Accelerating Economic Development in West China

Although the West China has made outstanding achievement of economic development because of the implementation of the grand development strategy in West China,but the level of economy development in West China is still relatively backward,there is a long distance in Western China per capita economic gross and countrywide average per capita.Based on the analysis of main factors which restrict economic development in West China,this article has elaborated the possibilities of accelerating West China economy development in theoretic,summed up the experience of accelerating economic development in practice,proposed the countermeasures of how to accelerate the economic development in West China.
