A new large Middle China concept is puted out in the paper. According to the data of the large Middle China, the phenomena of sinking down of Middle China have occurred indeed. The population of the large Middle China accounts for more than half of the total population of China, but the economy development level is the lowest in Chinese regional development. The paper also analyses the significant, purpose, and way to grow up Middle China, and systematically outlines the policies and measures on promoting the growing up of Middle China and the coordinately developing of China regional economy.
