Abstract
This text analyses that , the basic state of the industrial structure develop , industrialized level and the tertiary industry of development level of Hunan , since the reform and opening-up . It reveal historical trend , the reason to develop , subject matter existing that the industrial structure of Hunan develops, have put forward the thinking of adjusting industrial structure of Hunan.
