RESEARCH ON THE GROWTH WAYS AND MECHANISM OF INDUSTRIAL LAND-USE IN HUNAN PROVINCE

On the basis of analysis and forecast on present situation and growth tendency, this article discusses the main questions of industrial land-use in Hunan province. The auther thinks that, establishing the transfer-replace systems of low-efficiency industrial land-use rights, striving for the industrial land-use development space to the knoll-hillock of low economic efficiency,guiding the development of industrial land-use to the knoll- hillock, urging to enhance its intensified level and the benefit of land utilization of industrial land-use, is the important ways to effectively alleviate the growth pressure of industrial land-use in Hunan province.
