NEW INDUSTRIALIZATION AND INDUSTRIAL STRUCTURE ADJUSTMENT IN HUNAN PROVINCE

At preset Hunan is in the primary stage of mid-industrialization.Measures of strategic importance taken for the purpose of construction of all-round comfortable society are as follows: developing new industries for industrialization,promoting industrial structure adjustment and promoting industrialization by way of information.This paper first analyzes the status quo and necessity of new industrialization in Hunan province.Then it does related analysis of the level of new industrialization and industrial structure adjustment of Hunan province since 1990,on the basis of which analysis is made of the mechanism of their natural influence.Finally concrete countermeasures are put forward of how to promote industrial structure adjustment by use of new industrialization of Hunan province.
