Abstract
A novel kinetic spectrophotometry for determination of trace copper is established based on the redox reaction between O 2 and gallocyanine catalysed by copper in weak acid medium. The calibration graph is linear between 0.05~0.5 μg/mL Cu 2+ ,and the detection limit is 0.02 μg/mL .Copper content in such samples as solid and water is determined, and the results are satisfactory.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
