Abstract
The transformation from planned economy to market economy is the most important event in last century. Labor relations are the most basic and most sensitive factors in social economic relations. It plays an important role not only for the economic growth and the development of a country,but also an important effect and stability for a country's political structure. Labor relations have embarked on the track of China market in the mid of 1990s. The process is speeding up. At this point,the labor relations become a popular problem in china. This paper shows reconstruction of labor relations of enterprises in our country,which combines the characteristics and status of China social labor relations. It makes a solid foundation for building harmonious labor relations by the internal labor market theory.
