On the Research Angle of Labor Economics on Labor Relations

Abstract

The development of labor market will influence on labor relations in China.The increasing flexible employment and market-oriented function of labor relations made the labor relations more informal and,the changes of labor market increased difficulty of trade union work.In order to research on labor relations,we should analyze labor market more deeply using research methods of labor economics.We should pay attention to the influence of employment and income distribution on labor relations and to the trade union's role in building up harmonious labor relations.
