On the Historic Changes and Current of Labor Relations in Enterprises in China

Abstract
Labor relations are social and economic relations between laborers and labor force users in the production process.Chinas economic system has come through three phases of planning economy,transition from planning economy to socialist market economy and more development of market economy.The labor relations in enterprises have also gone through the three phases.In the future,the labor relations in enterprises will present characteristics of tripartite rights.
