The Influence of Simiaoyong'an Decoction Combined with Shixiao Powder on Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor in a Aat Model with Acute Myocardial Infarction

Abstract
Objective: To observe Simiaoyong'an Decoction combined with Shixiao Powder on vascular endothelial growth factor in a rat model with acute myocardial infarction,discuss the mechanism of Simiaoyong'an Decoction and Shixiao Powder in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction.Methods: 60 male rats were randomly divided into normal control group,atherosclerosis model group,sham operation group,Simiaoyong'an Decoction combined with Shixiao Powder group and statin positive control group.The expression level of VEGFmRNA was detected with real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR,and the ear central artery serum VEGF concentration was detected with ELISA method.Results: The expression of VEGFmRNA and serum VEGF concentration of Simiaoyong'an Decoction combined with Shixiao Powder group were higher than the operation group,which showed no significant difference with the statin group.Conclusion: With up-regulating the expression of VEGF,the vascular of infarcted myocardium will be promoted to neogenesis by Simiaoyong'an decoction and Shixiaosan.So the state of an illness of acute myocardial infarction is improved.
