The Experimental Study on Function of Astragalus Shixiao Decoction for Preventing Myocardial Ischemia

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the protective effect of Astragalus Shixiao Decoction on myocardial ischemia in rats and myocardial cells.Methods:The Rat models of myocardial ischemia and the culture medium of the cardiac myocyte were detected to observe the effect of Astragalus Shixiao Decoction on the content of CK-MB,cTNI.Results:Compared with the model group,Astragalus Shixiao Decoction can reduce the content of CK-MB, cTNI in the blood serum of the each group rats and the culture medium of the cardiac myocyte(P0.01).Conclusion:Astragalus Shixiao Decoction have the protective effect of myocardial Ischemia.
