Observation of therapeutic effect of Atorvastatin combined with Guangxinning injection on unstable angina

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Atorvastatin combined with Guangxinning injection on unstable angina. Methods 120 patients suffering from unstable angina were randomly selected and divided into 2 groups. 60 cases in the treatment group were treated with Guangxinning injection intravenous drip 30ml per day and Atorvastatin taken at night 10mg per day, while 60 cases in control group were treated with NaCl plus Danshen injection 30ml intravenous drip,oonce a day, which combined with symptomatic supportive treatment according to the all patients’condition. Then the improvement of symptom times of angina were observed between two groups.Results The total effciency and the ECG efect rate in the treatment group were 90.0% and 56.7%,obviously higher than that in control group(61.7%,40.0%), and the difference was significant (P0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with Guangxinning injection is efective in the treatment of unstable angina,with fewer adverse reactions.
