The Experimental Study of the Tang Ping Shu Capsule on the Diabetes Rat Induced by Alloxan

Abstract

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of the Tang Ping Shu Capsule on the diabetes.Method The chemical diabetes rats and mice model was induced by injecting Alloxan.The metabolism of blood sugar and SOD were observed.Result Compared to the model group,the concentration of the blood sugar of the Tang Ping Shu Capsule group decreased obviously(P0.01).But the activity of superoxide dismutase increased(P0.01).Conclusin The Tang Ping Shu Capsule have the effects of decreasing of the blood sugar,and improving the metabolism turbulence of oxygen-derived free adidicals on the diabetes.
