Abstract

Scientization and normalization of teaching management in institutions of higher learning are the necessary requirement of the teaching and teaching management development,and are the basic guarantee of the improving teaching quality.This paper explores how to change the teaching management concept,improve the quality of the management staff and perfect the credit unit system etc.
