Improving teaching quality by reforming and strengthening teaching management

Teaching is the central work of institutions of higher education. Teaching management is the basic guarantee of implementing all kinds of work of teaching, realizing the goal of fostering talented persons, and improving the teaching quality. By analyzing the level of teaching management in the Guangzhou Normal university and the problems existing, this paper offers a way to reform and improve teaching management, which can realize the optimization of teaching and the modernization of management. The paper also gives specific programs and suggestions about the construction of hardware and software as to the teaching management of the university in the future.
