Abstract
Objective To develop a fast ultra liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometric(UPLC-MS/MS) method for determination of 11 sulfonamides residues in soil.Methods The samples were extracted with pH 4.0 citric acid solutionaeetonitrile(V∶V=1∶1) containing 0.1 mol/L EDTA and purified by SAX and HLB SPE column.The analytes were separated by ultra C18 column and UPLC-MS/MS analysis was performed on multiple reaction monitoring mode under positive ion electrospray ionization with the external method.Results The average recoveries at 2.5,10 and 50 μg/kg were 69.6%-98.5% and the relative standard deviations ranged from 5.9%-15.2%.The linearity was satisfactory with a correlation coefficient of 0.998 8 at 2-200 μg/L.The limit of quantization was 0.23-1.64 μg/kg.Conclusion This method is fast and applicable to the quantitative analysis of sulfonamides residues in soil.
