Abstract
Objective To investigate on the changes of blood rheology after using simvastatin in coronary heart diseases Method The changes of blood lipid and blood rheology before and after the treatment with simvastatin were observed and analysed in 61 cases of coronary heart diseases.Result The significant effects and differences of blood lipid and blood rheology were observed before and aner the treatment with simvastatin(P0.01).Conclusion Simvastatin can effectively lower the level of blood lipid of the coronary heart disease and at the same time it can also improve the status of the blood rheology.
