Abstract

By the ATC(Automatic Transfer-mode Control) circuit,the initial-stage polarity decision algorithm can fast-lock the frequency,and the weighted DD algorithm can reduce the frequency flicker and finally realize the phase recovery.In the simulation by Matlab,the 64 QAM circuit can acquire up-to 11% frequency offset of the symbol rate and any phase offset in the 5000 symbol periods.
