The essence of knowledge economy is to create. It is characterized from a one-time creation to a continuous one, from single creation to a series of creation, and from experts' creation to ordinary people's creation. The 21st century is dominated by knowledge economy. It requires the training of creative personnel, which is the historical responsibility of higher education. Therefore, it's necessary to identify the meaning of creation, to change the traditional educational ideas and the current teaching patterns, and to attach importance to college students' social practice.
